Ingredients:
6 large eggs
300 grams of cream cheese
400 milliliters of evaporated milk
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture has doubled in volume.
Add the cream cheese to the egg mixture and beat until smooth.
Gradually pour in the evaporated milk, continuing to mix until there are no lumps.
Pour the mixture into a baking mold.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
